The criteria for recommendation:

> safety - secure communication, we recommend that all messages get deleted after being read
> anonymity - ability to communicate without disclosing your identity
> everything - else is a bonus

In an environment where there is censorship, we recommend that you maintain several accounts, so that if forced to log in, you are able to log in with an account that would not put you in danger.
